A fee of $35.00 is required when registering for the class. Payments cannot be accepted at the door.

Class registration is a two-part process. Completing the registration form and making your payment. Here's how:

• A class brochure and registration form is available through your attorney or the Clerk's office at the court house in Walker, Dade, Chattooga and Catoosa counties.

• Complete the form included with the brochure or print and complete the online registration form. Mail this form along with your payment of $35.00 to the address above. Mail-in registrars must pay using a money order, Visa or Mastercard. Personal checks will be returned and registration delayed.

• Complete the online registration form and click submit. Then click on the Paypal™ logo located at the bottom of the registration form to pay using your checking account, Visa™ or Mastercard™. A $1.50 upcharge is added for this service. Remember, making payment only is not enough to secure your place in class. The registration form must be submitted.

Note: We do NOT accept telephone registration or walk-ins. Rescheduling is permitted for legitimate reasons only.

Each particpant should receive a confirmation notice by email or mail. Bring this confirmation notice with you to class. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call the Four Points office at 706.638.1555

Chattooga Co. Annex: Take Hwy 27 to Summerville. The courthouse is on Hwy 27. Turn west (right) onto Washington St. The Annex is the building immediately past the Sheriff's Dept. on the left.

Dade Co. Justice Building: Take I-75, Hwy 136, or Hwy 11 to Trenton. The building is the same as the Sheriff's Dept. The class is in the small courtroom in that building.

Walker Co. Annex: Take Hwy 27 to LaFayette. Located on the corner of Duke and Villanow Streets. The class is in the small courtroom in the building with the District Attorney's office.

• The seminar travels from county to county. You may attend any location.
• You must arrive promptly and attend the entire class for credit.
• Please arrive a few minutes early for registration.
• Breaks are built in to class time.
• Child care is not available. Children will not be allowed in the class.
• Payment is not accepted at the door.
• Please allow 1 week for mailed regristrations and 4 days for PayPal.
• Call prior to your chosen class date to confirm your registration.
