DFCS-Referred Services
Four Points, Inc. provides services for families involved with DFCS through available state and grant-funded programs. For eligible families, these services are provided at no cost. Our services are designed to support safe, meaningful family contact, improve outcomes for children and parents, and assist families working toward reunification or other case goals.
Four Points provides visitation reports and documentation of family interactions. Staff may also be available for Family Team Meetings, Citizen Panel Reviews, and court testimony when needed.
Services may include:
Supervised Visitation
Safe, structured visits between children and parents or family members while children are in foster care or under a safety plan.
Child Transportation
Limited transportation for children to and from visits when foster families are unable to provide transportation.
Parent Transportation
Limited transportation for parents to and from scheduled visits when transportation is a barrier.
Resource Meetings / Case Management
Support connecting parents with community resources and helping them work toward case plan goals.
Drug and Alcohol Screening
Urine, oral, or hair follicle screens may be completed when requested by DFCS or court order.
Parent Aide / Nurturing Parenting
One-on-one parenting education using the Nurturing Parenting curriculum, along with additional parent support topics when requested.
