Supervised Visitation
Supervised visitation provides a safe, neutral setting for children to spend time with a parent or family member when visits need additional structure or oversight. At Four Points, trained staff are present during visits to observe, document, and help ensure that safety guidelines are followed.Four Points, Inc. has provided supervised visitation services to families in the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit and surrounding areas since 1996. Our centers are designed to help children and families feel welcome and comfortable while maintaining appropriate boundaries, safety procedures, and neutrality.
Visits may include play, games, art activities, outdoor time, meals, and other age-appropriate activities that support positive family connection. Supervised visitation may be used in cases involving child protective services, court orders, high-conflict family situations, domestic violence concerns, substance abuse concerns, or other circumstances where additional structure is needed.
Four Points serves as a neutral third party. We coordinate and facilitate visits, but we do not make custody recommendations or decisions for families.
Before services begin, all parties are required to complete an intake appointment. Referrals may come from DFCS case managers, attorneys, court orders, or self-referrals. Please contact our office for more information about services, availability, and scheduling.

Supervised Exchanges
Supervised exchanges provide a safe, neutral way for parents or caregivers to exchange children for parenting time when direct contact between adults may not be appropriate. This service may be helpful in situations involving high conflict, domestic violence concerns, safety concerns, or other circumstances where a third party is needed.

Four Points coordinates the exchange, keeps parties separated, documents the exchange, and helps ensure that each exchange follows safety procedures. All adults are required to follow agency rules and protocols so the child can transition between parties with as little conflict and stress as possible.
