Access and Visitation
This program is available to individuals who have an open case with the Georgia Department of Human Services Division of Child Support Services. Services are voluntary and provided at no cost to eligible participants. In many cases, families do not have a court order requiring them to participate.
The purpose of this program is to help increase safe and meaningful parenting time for families with open child support cases. Services may include supervised visitation, neutral exchange, one-on-one parenting education, group parenting classes, mediation, parenting plans, and information about legitimation.
Services may be offered at our offices in LaFayette, Rossville, Summerville, and Trenton, with virtual options available when appropriate. This program is not available for cases with a history of family violence, and Four Points does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
