Access and Visitation
This program is for individuals that have an open case with the Georgia Department of Human Services Division of Child Support Services (DCSS). All services are provided free of charge to the participants. This is a voluntary program where participants often do not have any court order or other mandate that requires that they participate. There can be no case history of family violence for these visitation and exchange services. Services are provided at all four of our offices in Lafayette, Rossville, Summerville, and Trenton as well as virtual options. No legal advice or assistance is offered through this program.
