Each participant must pay an enrollment fee either before or at their intake appointment. Fees are not refundable. Enrollment rates include the $20 fee that is due to the Georgia Commission on Family Violence for participation in the program. The enrollment fee is based on income. You will be required to show proof of income that is no older than 60 days in order to qualify for the reduced payment of $30 or $40. Otherwise, all enrollment fees are $45. Please be prepared to make this payment at your intake or before as directed by the facilitator.
